Refund Policy
1. Digital Goods Policy
Since CarVHR.cloud provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (Vehicle History Reports), all sales are final once the report has been generated and delivered to you (via email or screen display).
2. Refund Eligibility
We strictly adhere to a fair refund policy. You are eligible for a full refund ONLY under the following circumstances:
- Technical Error: You were charged, but the report failed to generate or was not delivered due to a system error on our end.
- Duplicate Charge: You were accidentally charged twice for the exact same VIN within a 10-minute window.
- Empty Data: In rare cases where a report is generated but contains absolutely no data (blank report), a refund may be issued upon review.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Entering the wrong VIN (typos or checking the wrong car).
- Dissatisfaction with the vehicle's history (e.g., finding out the car has an accident does not qualify for a refund; that is the purpose of the report).
- The vehicle having 'No Records' if it is simply because the vehicle is too new or has no history in the national database.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@carvhr.cloud with your Transaction ID and the VIN checked. We review all requests within 24 hours.
